Terms of Service
Effective: April 18, 2026
By ordering a deed transfer from Georgia Property Deed (a service of ClearPathTitle, LLC), you agree to the following terms.
What we do
We prepare Georgia deed transfer documents (quitclaim, limited warranty, general warranty, and transfer-on-death deeds), conduct a title record review, and eFile the executed deed with your county clerk. Recording fees paid to the county are included in our flat fee.
What we are not
We are not a law firm. This service does not constitute legal advice. For complex matters — contested ownership, title defects, probate, or sales involving title insurance — you should retain an attorney.
Pricing
Our flat fees are $249 (Standard) and $329 (Rush). The price you pay covers everything listed on the pricing cards — there are no hidden charges.
Refunds
Every order is backed by the ClearPath Guarantee — a 60-day, money-back promise. See that page for full details.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for giving us accurate property and ownership information. We rely on what you submit to prepare your deed. If the information you provide is incorrect, the deed we prepare will reflect those errors, and correcting a recorded deed may require a separate corrective instrument at additional cost.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages — including delays by the county clerk, title defects we were not asked to investigate, or tax consequences of the transfer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
