Terms of Service
By ordering a deed transfer from Georgia Property Deed (a service of ClearPathTitle Group, LLC), you agree to the following terms.
1. What we do
We prepare Georgia deed transfer documents (quitclaim, limited warranty, general warranty, and transfer-on-death deeds), conduct a title record review, and eFile the executed deed with your county clerk. Recording fees paid to the county are included in our flat fee.
2. What we are not
We are not a law firm. This service does not constitute legal advice. For complex matters — contested ownership, title defects, contested estates, or closings involving title insurance — you should retain an attorney.
3. Pricing
Our flat fee is $295 (Standard). The Mobile Notary add-on brings the total to $445. The price you pay covers everything listed on the pricing cards — there are no hidden charges.
4. Refunds
Every order is backed by the ClearPath Guarantee — a full refund any time before your deed is filed with the county. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. See the Refund Policy for full details.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for giving us accurate property and ownership information. We rely on what you submit to prepare your deed. If the information you provide is incorrect, the deed we prepare will reflect those errors, and correcting a recorded deed may require a separate corrective instrument at additional cost.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages — including delays by the county clerk, title defects we were not asked to investigate, or tax consequences of the transfer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
