Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2026
The ClearPath Guarantee — a full refund any time before your deed is filed with the county. No questions asked.

1. Before filing

You can cancel for a full refund at any point before we file your deed with the county — including after the deed has been prepared and emailed to you.

2. After filing

Once your deed is filed with the county, no refund is available. A filed deed enters the public record and can't be unwound — reversing it requires a new transfer.

3. Add-ons

Mobile notary service is refundable until the visit is scheduled. Once a notary has been dispatched, the add-on is non-refundable.

4. How to request

Email info@georgiapropertydeed.com or call (404) 939-6223 with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
