The ClearPath Guarantee
Full refund any time before your deed is recorded. No questions asked.
Every order at Georgia Property Deed is backed by the ClearPath Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied — for any reason — cancel any time before we submit your deed to the county clerk for recording, and we refund every dollar you paid, including the county recording fee we collect on your behalf.
How it works
- You order. Submit the intake form and pay by card.
- We work. Your title examiner reviews the title and drafts your deed within 2 business days, then emails it to you with signing instructions.
- You change your mind? Email info@georgiapropertydeed.com or call (404) 939-6223 any time before we've submitted the deed to your county clerk for recording, and we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What's covered
- The full service fee ($295 Standard, or $445 Standard + Mobile Notary)
- The county recording fee we collect on your behalf
- Any work we've completed up to the cancellation point — title review, drafting, correspondence — is yours to keep at no charge
Deed copy orders ($39)
Our deed copy retrieval service is covered too: if we can't locate a recorded deed for your property, we tell you what we searched and refund your $39 in full.
When the refund window closes
The refund window closes when we submit your deed to the county clerk for recording. Recording typically happens within about 2 weeks of your order — you sign and return the deed, we eFile it, and the clerk records it. Once the deed is in the clerk's system, the transfer is a matter of public record and we can no longer refund.
If you'd like us to hold before submitting for recording — for example, while you review the drafted deed with your family or your accountant — just ask. We'll wait for your green light before we file, which keeps the refund window open as long as you need.
Why we offer it
Our team brings 20+ years of Georgia title and deed experience. Every transfer is handled by a Georgia title examiner, and we stand behind the work. If something isn't right — or even if you just change your mind — we'd rather give you your money back than keep a dollar we haven't earned.
