ClearPathTitle Group, LLC operates Georgia Property Deed at https://www.georgiapropertydeed.com as a flat-fee Georgia deed transfer service. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect from the intake form
When you submit our intake form we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, the property address and county, the current owner(s) on title, the type of transfer you need, and any notes you provide. When you pay, Stripe collects payment information directly — we never see your card number.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags. These tools place cookies on your device and collect information about how you use the site — pages visited, links clicked, time on page, approximate location based on IP address, browser and device type, and (when you arrive from a Google ad) which ad you clicked. We use this data to understand site usage, measure marketing performance, and improve the service.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through analytics, and we have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also control ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings.
Stripe sets cookies necessary for fraud prevention and checkout. Netlify may set cookies necessary for form submission and site delivery. These are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled without breaking the order flow.
3. How we use the information
Information you submit through the intake form is used for one purpose: to prepare and record your Georgia deed transfer. We contact you by phone, text, or email only in connection with that service.
Information collected through cookies and analytics is used to measure site traffic and marketing effectiveness — not for any other purpose. We do not combine analytics data with the personal information you submit on the intake form.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Netlify hosts this site and handles form submissions.
- Google receives anonymized usage data via Google Analytics and Google Ads, governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Your county clerk receives the executed deed for recording. Recorded deeds are a matter of public record by nature.
We never sell, rent, or trade the personal information you submit to us.
